Tier 1
includes a weekly 1 on 1 45 minute virtual mentoring session
communication access 7 days a week via email, call & text with your mentor
24 hour turnaround for mentor communication
Session accountability reports
Tier 2
includes two 1 on 1 45 minute virtual mentoring sessions
communication access via email, call and text with your mentor Monday through Friday
The mentor has 48 hours to return communication
Session accountability reports
Tier 3
includes a monthly 60 minute virtual mentoring session
communication access via email only with your mentor
The mentor has 7 business days to return communication
